Aftersales Planning Assistant Manager
About this position
The Aftersales Planning Assistant Manager for the Marine Section is responsible for planning and controlling the budget, collaborating with Honda Motor and distributors, developing operational guidelines, evaluating aftersales operations, and conducting training for personnel.
Responsibilities
• Plan and control budget of the department.
• Collaborate with Honda Motor as well as Honda Distributors to promote regional aftersales strategy.
• Develop operation guidelines and standards in order to promote regional aftersales strategy.
• Evaluate and provide solutions for Honda Distributors regarding the aftersales operations.
• Evaluate and conduct operational training for Honda Distributor's aftersales personnel.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related Engineering fields.
• Over 8 years of experience in Marine Engines or Automotive Aftersales Business (especially in Field service – Aftersales business planning, Dealer development).
• Management experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in English both writing and speaking (TOEIC score minimum is 700).
• Able to travel overseas and domestic.
