HRIS - Specialist
About this position
The HRIS Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and system reliability, as well as providing support and training to users. The role also involves data reporting and analytics to aid decision-making and project management for HRIS-related initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Administer & maintain HRIS, ensuring employee work schedule, time & personal data integrity and system reliability
• Perform regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Troubleshoot & resolve HRIS issue in collaboration with IT and external vendor
• Develop and generate standard and custom reports of HR Data (Attendance, Overtime & Manpower Productivity) to support HR Manager decision-making
• Analyze HR data (Attendance, Overtime & Manpower Productivity) to identify trends, generate insights, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Develop, maintain and distribute dashboards for key HR metrics (Attendance, Overtime & Manpower Productivity)
• Provide technical support and guidance to users
• Develop training material (UG, FAQ, etc) & conduct training sessions for users: introduce New HR Dashboard & System to maximize the HRIS’s value
• Lead HRIS-related projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, or the implementation of new features, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, align with HR's business objectives
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree (S1), major in IT, Information System or any relevant major
• Experience with time and absence management systems and configurations
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with HR processes and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
