About this position

The QA Senior Officer is responsible for ensuring quality assurance according to ISO standards and other quality systems related to engineering work. They are also in charge of coordinating, monitoring, and reporting on quality standards to meet specified KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality assurance according to ISO standards and quality systems
• Coordinate and monitor the development of quality control documentation
• Review and track standards to meet specified KPIs
• Prepare recommendations for process improvement
• Prepare reports for presentation to superiors
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ISO quality systems, especially in engineering
• Certified in ISO 9001/14001/45001
• Strong document management skills
• Leadership qualities and high level of responsibility
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in basic programs like Ms Office/Email/Line/Internet/ERP
• Ability to work well under pressure and on Saturdays if needed
• Immediate availability preferred
