About this position

The Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all procurement activities, both domestically and internationally. They are also in charge of developing procurement plans, evaluating suppliers, and ensuring the efficiency of the procurement process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement management plans in line with organizational policies
• Prepare procurement plans for raw materials and products
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate procurement contracts, and ensure their effectiveness
• Monitor and supervise the procurement process to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Control and verify all related documents
• Research new product markets, compare products, and develop procurement knowledge
• Manage the procurement team and inventory efficiently
• Coordinate with vendors and update important information, as well as resolve any company-related issues
• Manage and oversee inventory management for raw materials, tools, and equipment
• Prepare reports, analyze data, and propose improvements to management and meetings

Requirements

• Male, not over 40 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields
• At least 10 years of procurement experience in a related industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial position
• Knowledge of engineering, machinery, electrical systems, parts, and motors is a plus
• Familiar with product management, forecasting, and negotiation in procurement, both domestically and internationally, as well as import-export laws and taxes
• Knowledge of ISO quality systems and relevant laws
• Proficient in using basic tools, equipment, and software such as POS/ERP/WMS
• Proactive, decisive, positive attitude, responsible, punctual, enthusiastic, and able to work under pressure
• Good communication in English, able to communicate effectively, read, write, and work on documents
• Able to work from Monday to Saturday (with alternate Saturdays)
• Able to start work immediately is a plus
• Excellent English language skills
