About this position
Responsibilities
• Analyze, review, plan, and organize accounting and finance systems, as well as participate in setting accounting and financial policies of the company to comply with international accounting standards and principles
• Control and verify the accuracy of accounting systems, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to the correct accounting standards
• Analyze, evaluate, and plan accounting, finance, cost, tax, budgeting, and debt tracking for maximum efficiency
• Prepare documents for coordination with banks, auditors, revenue department, business development department, and related agencies for financial statements submission, tax reporting, auditing, and overall financial statement review
• Manage personnel within the accounting and finance department efficiently
• Prepare financial accounting reports, analysis, and recommendations for process improvement to management
• Perform other duties assigned by superiors and management
Requirements
• Female, age not exceeding 40 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting only
• At least 5 years of experience in managing accounting and finance in the engineering industry or related fields
• Knowledge and expertise in accounting and finance systems, tax laws, business overview, planning, process analysis, issue resolution, and decision-making
• Professional accountant with leadership qualities, decisive, detail-oriented, and high ethical standards
• Ability to lead change within the accounting and finance team in transitioning to a new era
• Ability to manage accounting and finance work in the new era, provide financial advice to management, and work well under pressure, urgency, constraints, and adapt well
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office/Express/Excel/SAP/Odoo
• Good communication skills in English (speaking, listening, reading, writing)
• CPA license from the Professional Accountant Council is a special consideration
• Able to travel to the office, work Monday to Saturday (except alternate Saturdays), and work overtime without hindrance
• Available to start work immediately (special consideration)
