Digital Marketing Campaign Manager
About this position
Asia Media Studio is a creative agency based in Bangkok that’s been operating for 15 years, working with corporate clients and SMEs to create compelling branding and marketing strategies. They are looking for a Digital Marketing Campaign Manager with experience in a client-facing role to manage marketing campaigns for local and international clients.
Responsibilities
• Content Coordination and Strategy: Coordinate the planning and development of social media content, prepare content calendars and design briefs, and develop digital strategies aligned with client goals.
• Client Communication and Management: Serve as the main contact for clients, managing relationships, handling requests for revisions, and ensuring timely delivery of work.
• Campaign and Media Management: Oversee campaign timelines, milestones, and tasks using project management tools like Asana. Manage and optimize social media and online advertising platforms including Google Ads and YouTube Ads.
• Reporting and Analysis: Responsible for scheduling and posting content, analyzing performance, and preparing detailed reports on social media and ad campaigns. Provide strategic recommendations based on these insights.
• Budget Oversight: Monitor media spending for all ongoing digital projects and campaigns.
• Sales Support: Actively participate in the pre-sales process.
Requirements
• Fluent in English and fully fluent in Thai.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field (If you have not graduated but can prove a track record on your personal experience that is also highly appreciated.).
• At least 3-5 years of experience working with clients (Agency - Side).
• You are curious about the latest marketing trends and have a proven track record in managing social media and PPC campaigns + Analyse results using analytics tools.
• You like to be in contact with your clients and take the phone to clarify something when needed.
• You have a strong branding sensibility / you know how to recognize great ads when you see one.
• You are organized and data-driven.
• You are curious and know how to ask Google or Chat GPT when you encounter a problem.
• You like to take ownership of your task and be autonomous.
