About this position

Asia Magnetic Winding Co., Ltd (AMW) is an EMS company established in Thailand in 1999, focusing on power electronics systems. The company offers a skilled workforce and a management team trained in Europe, providing a strong foundation for product development and integration.

Responsibilities

• New Product Development
• Organize engineers in team to work with, distribution of work between the teams, duties of subordinates, etc.
• Work with program management team on technical side; ex. Technical Questions, Technical spec change, etc.
• Check design for sourcing from prototype to series.
• Study how the products under assignment function.
• Communicate with customer on technical issue of project / product.

2. Maintain the running product
• Manage the PCN and MCN.
• Manage on the spec changes and update on technical parts.
• Issue and manage the SCN for engineering change on PCBA activities.
• Trouble shooting / Problem solving on responsible products.

3. Pre-series & Transfer
• Technical support to production concerning to integration activities.
4. Continuous improvement
• Work on top pareto problem of responsible products

Requirements

• Master or Bachelor degree in power electronic engineering or equivalent
• 7 years minimum in box build/assembly
• Good communicate in English
• Able to manage subordinate
• Strong planning, project management and communication skills
• Problem solving skill
• MS Office, ERP
