Responsibilities

• Oversee the application of coatings, potting compounds, and cleaning procedures for PCBA products.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and manufacturing.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to coating, potting, and cleaning processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in coating technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years in Electronic manufacturing field.
• Hands-on experience with coating, potting, and cleaning equipment setup, operation, and maintenance.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve soldering-related issues effectively.
• Able to use MS Office and Experience with CAD software is advantageous (Gerber viewer, Viewmate, CAD, E-drawing).
