About this position

Asia Magnetic Winding Co., Ltd (AMW) is seeking a Quality Manager Coordinator to enhance quality and operational performance efficiency in their manufacturing processes. The role involves system development, external audits, training, improvement proposals, product inspection, management system control, and subordinate development.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy based on the current work to enhance the quality and operational performance efficiency
• Support preparedness review prior audits.
• To encourage new comer understanding individual standard’s requirements.
• Encourage relevant person understanding improvement tools to contribute the quality system and operation performance achievement.
• Propose system improvement for quality and productivity improvement by a multi-disciplinary team.
• Perform product FMEA with engineering team to insure that all control document necessary and equipment will be available for production
• Check and approve each JIG and sample produced by Engineering.
• Conduct the inspection and testing of product through control report and QC inspector or through sub-contractors
• Ensure that quality record obtain accurate data.
• Interact with relevant section concerned to solve product quality issues encounter.
• Follow any returned or recalled product from customer.
• Insure proper professional content for reports to be shared with customer (8D, PPAP, Qualification, Traceability analysis, …)
• Create and update with department concerned any process FMEA necessary
• Control and update the documentation include quality record in accordance with system requirements.
• Provide training and competence development as company required.
• Conduct the subordinate performance evaluation
• Follow employees leaves approval and OT requests. Solve any case of conflict
• Support Quality manager and Director duties upon their punctual absence.
• Carry out activities as command level informed.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Industry Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Science in Physics, Mathematics
• 5 years minimum as Manager or upper level for QA in Manufacturing and system management
• Can apply basic quality method to analyze, report and track problems
• Significant practice of basic tools related to automotive industry quality system (APQP, PPAP, MSA, 8D, ...)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Excellent English
