Responsibilities

• New Product Development
• Organize engineers in team to work with, distribution of work between the teams, duties of subordinates, etc.
• Work with program management team on technical side; ex. Technical Questions, Technical spec change, etc.
• Check design for sourcing from prototype to series.
• Study how the products under assignment function.
• Communicate with customer on technical issue of project / product
• Maintain the running product
• Manage the PCN and MCR.
• Manage on the spec changes and update on technical parts.
• Issue and manage the SCN for engineering change on PCBA activities.
• Trouble shooting / Problem solving on responsible products
• Technical support to production concerning to assigned products.
• Work on top pale to problem of responsible products.

Requirements

• Master or Bachelor degree in power electronic engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in electronic manufacturing firm(s)
• Good communicate in English
• Able to work in team
• Problem solving skill
• MS Office, ERP
