About this position
Responsibilities
• Facilitate NPI for magnetic products.
• Act as a bridge between product development and production teams.
• Coordinate the introduction of new magnetic products into production.
• Line layout design.
• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Implement improvements to meet the highest quality standards.
• Ensure quality standards are met.
• Oversee quality control measures and inspections in magnetic production.
• Identify and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting production.
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure design-to-manufacturing alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze production performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead or participate in improvement projects aimed at enhancing processes and efficiency.
• Ensure seamless product transition.
• Verify that production personnel are properly trained on new processes.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical).
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing field. 2 years in magnetic manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of magnetic winding, fabrication and mechanical assembly techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in process optimization, statistical analysis, and root cause analysis.
