About this position

Asia Magnetic Winding Co., Ltd (AMW) is an EMS company established in Thailand in 1999, focusing on power electronics systems. The company seeks an Industrial Process Manager to oversee various processes and ensure efficiency in production.

Responsibilities

• Participate to RFQ process estimation & line design.
• Review process/tooling estimation done by the team.
• Line layout design.
• Design, with process team, line layout before starting pre-series. To work closely with tooling & automation department.
• Review & approve all WI from process department.
• Department KPI follow up.
• Follow and review KPI of department. Implement corrective action if KPI doesn't reach target.
• Conduct process validation tests.
• Conduct process validation tests, including sample builds & analyze data.
• Communicate with customers (meetings, pre-series).
• Present all process activities to customer. Provide solutions for technical problems.
• Production continuous improvement.
• Identify potential process challenges and implement solutions. Collaborate with teams (LEAN/Tooling) to optimize processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 10 Years up for experience in related fields (with 5 years as a manager position).
• Be able to communicate and write in English.
• MS Office, View mate, CAD, E-drawing.
• Able working to interface and interact with several teams.
• Teamwork and Well organized.
• Good interpersonal skills, strong in process analysis and problem solving skills.
