EXPORT OFFICER
About this position
The Export Officer is responsible for handling orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving sales activities in collaboration with the management team.
Responsibilities
• Quick response in order confirmation.
• Key orders within 24 hours of receipt after checking price, quantity, delivery date requested.
• Monitoring and operating order by using IBM System.
• Resolving the problem related to inventory control system to ensure smooth and consistent support to customer.
• Responsible to control receive and ship out process of order required.
• Preparing order details, document to export team to do the booking freight with forwarder.
• Preparing customs document to shipping department for customs clearance.
• Handling all masters related with customer request such as provide tracking info of shipment, commercial invoice etc.
• Direct and coordinate activities involving customer services of manufactured products, & services with section concerned both of new and changing contract.
• Monitor and understand customer amendment include transferred information to person concerned.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Work closely with management team to ensure that sales activity, focus, solutions expertise is maximize in company's products.
Requirements
• Degree in a business discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years of enterprise solution selling experience with proven record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Negotiation, presentation and analytical skills.
• Able to travel up country upon assignment.
• Good customer relationship in wire harness, electronic and electric industries.
• Able to use Microsoft Office very well.
• Able to communicate well in English.
