About this position

Asia Magnetic Winding Co., Ltd (AMW) is an EMS company established in Thailand in 1999, focusing on power electronics systems. The company seeks an ESD Coordinator to ensure compliance with ESD standards and improve processes related to ESD control.

Responsibilities

• Develop new programs and activities following applicable standard requirements.
• Define and keep up to date a compliance matrix between standards requirements and company activities.
• Set up with top management and maintain a multi-disciplinary team leaders with duties to maintain compliance to ESD related requirements.
• Advise team for possible corrective and preventive action when facing risk or non-compliance.
• Develop and maintain a system for ESD compliance.
• Issue, Update and track ESD control program plan.
• Issue, Update and lead ESD compliance internal audit.
• Create system to monitoring new ESD equipment vendor and maintain after one year to request new report for example such as:
• Seating
• Shelve
• Soldering
• Lonizer
• Wrist Strap box (non-monitoring)
• Packaging
• Follow up.
• Identify type.
• Summaries qty.
• Run Number.
• Add into Compliance Verification Plan.
• Verify.
• Recording.
• Monitor and maintain ESD compliance of material and equipment.
• Insure Equipment qualification report are available and acceptable as required.
• Insure that material and installations are designed and implemented in compliance with ESD protection requirements such as:
• Verify footwear < 100 peak.
• Review all insulators in use.
• Verify all packaging in use.
• All awareness signs displayed as necessary.
• Develop and maintain appropriate documentation in compliance with applicable standards and company activity.
• Define, review, update and provide access to Procedures, Work Instruction, Forms and Information related to ESD risk, control and prevention.
• Define, review, update Training content and insure ESD awareness is provided to every employee concerned.
• Monitor market available technologies and solutions for continual improvements.
• Set up an investment budget to maintain and improve ESD system.
• Control calibration of measuring equipment.
• Perform internal calibration scheduled.
• Support.
• Support QC Outgoing activity/planning.
• Support Rework QC for analysis and rework of punctual customer returns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical engineering, Electronic engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in PCBA manufacturing.
• Able to read the technical drawing include technical vocabulary.
• Fair in English communication.
• Able Working to interface and interface with several teams.
