CUSTOMER QUALITY ENGINEER
About this position
Responsibilities
• Control the inspection and testing of finished products.
• Control and update the documentation include quality record of finished products in accordance with system requirements.
• Conduct the inspection and testing of finished product through Control report and QC inspector or through sub-contractors.
• Ensure that quality record obtain accurate data.
• Interact with relevant section concerned to solve product quality issues encounter.
• Report the inspection activities and conclusion quality problem on time.
• Open internal NCR to record and follow each problem of instruction not followed.
• Support customers quality feedback on products in mass production phase.
• Insure that customer NCR (or request for improvement) action plan is defined and followed in timely manner.
• Repair RMA customer within 15 days (including system management MO rework, RM need, etc.).
• Control calibration of measuring equipment.
• Perform internal calibration scheduled.
• Audit external calibration certificates records.
• Arrange and follow customers audits.
• Arrange agenda with relevant departments to ensure good preparedness, support customer need during audit, define action plan with relevant team and review it status and progress in timely manner.
• Command, Control and development the subordinate.
• Conduct the Subordinate performance evaluation.
• Carry out activities as command level informed.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Industry Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Science in Physic, Mathematics, stats of related field.
• Min 3-5 years for QA/QC in Manufacturing.
• Can use the basic measurement device.
• Reply customer NCR by use 8D technique.
• Abilities in statistical techniques and Knowledge ISO 9001.
• Microsoft Office.
