Asia Green Energy Public Company Limited (AGE) is an affiliated company of "Kok Haud Group", a big national supplier and distributor of biomass fuels such as wood chips, sawdust, paddy husks and palm shells, which has been supplying industrial manufacturers like sawmills and rice mills for more than 50 years. "AGE” was officially established in March 2004 after conducting study and research on coal business both in Thailand and Indonesia for more than 2 years until we were confident in our coal source and production process. Our coal separation sites use high efficient machineries in order to meet the required quality of the market and the capacity to serve our continuously high demand. Thus, we have started to import high quality clean coal from Indonesia and distribute to industries such as weaving factories, sugar mills, paper mills and food plants. AGE” is aware of the importance of logistics management. We are supplied by our affiliated logistics companies which have more than twenty years of experience and dedicated staffs. In addition, we have experience with boilers and are ready to give you advice to adjust and to improve the use of non-oil fuels effectively and efficiently. About this position

The Logistic Department Manager (Bulk) is responsible for conducting sales planning, managing the sales pipeline, developing negotiation strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction while providing competitive transport solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales planning in line with a challenge sales target
• Manage sales pipeline, set priority, and ensure conversion rate to deliver a healthy sales pipeline
• Develop negotiating strategies and position and lead negotiation with key accounts
• Responsible for managing customer complaints, ensuring and fulfilling customer requirements to reduce customer churn rate through collaboration with operation
• Provide competitive transport solutions and pricing to acquire new business including a proposal for pricing, operation processes
• Implement a long-term operation strategy to gain revenue in existing customer
• Responsible for all activities of transportation Bidding Projects

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Transport sales (Bulk) preferably from inland logistics service provider with a background required
• High experience in influencing and engaging senior management in own and customer organizations experience with leading sales professionals based on facts & data
• Positive thinking and solution focus
• Strong leadership - Encourage & drive the team to achieve the task together
• Strong commitment and ownership to delivering sales and profit target
• Experience in project management will be advantaged
• Have a driving license and own a car
