Export Sales & Marketing Executive (Philippines Market)
About this position
The Export Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing sales and marketing activities for the company's coal products in the Philippines market, focusing on client relations, market research, and coordination with distributors.
Responsibilities
• Call on and follow up closely with clients, makes offers and proposals to conclude sales for company’s coal.
• Be as a representative to coordinate with local distributors, customers in overseas market.
• Develop new customers and visit existing customers on regular basis in overseas market.
• Assist and coordinate in loading and discharging coals activity.
• Gather information of all competitor activities and make an analyze.
• Perform market research and collect information and news regarding coal market in overseas market.
• Feedback any complaints from customers.
• Survey about conference or trade show related to coal in related overseas market.
• Collect information regarding coal power plants, cement plants, big boiler users, giant coal traders and other end-users.
• Maintain professional relationships with all customers and distributors and ensure satisfaction of consumers with all company products and services.
• Perform the market activity regarding coal market in overseas market.
• Perform other assignments from direct supervisor.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
• At least 3 - 5 years’ work experience in Export Coal Sales or related commodity production into abroad.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Sales oriented attitude and strong sales skills are required.
• High skills of negotiation with international customers.
• Have initiative and strategic thinking and proactive individual with business sense.
• Able to work under high pressure.
