The IT Support Staff position involves providing technical assistance to end-users, diagnosing and resolving issues, and maintaining system documentation.
Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems both on-site and remotely.
• Maintain and update system documentation and hardware inventory.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software applications.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for business applications.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS, networking basics (TCP/IP), and ticketing systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise applications.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
