About this position

The Beauty Advisor (BA) at Solo will be responsible for understanding L'Occitane products, providing product recommendations to customers, contributing to sales targets, maintaining store cleanliness and customer relationships, and managing inventory.

Responsibilities

• Understand L'Occitane products to provide recommendations to customers
• Contribute to sales targets using established marketing strategies
• Maintain store cleanliness and comfort
• Build good relationships with customers
• Responsible for stock inventory and reports
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum high school education or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience as a BA/SA/SPG/SPB
• Interest in beauty care
• Good communication skills
• Enjoy working towards targets
