About this position

This position is responsible for providing support and assistance to customers before, during, and after they have made a purchase or used a company's products or services. The role also plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Responsible for processing customer orders and ensuring their accuracy.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services.
• Compile and analyze sales data to generate reports that provide insights into sales trends, performance, and forecasting.
• Building and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between the sales team and other departments within the organization.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
• Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices.
• Perform the tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Art, Business, Chinese or related field.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Services, Sales Support or Administrative.
• Business Level of English is a must and Good command in Mandarin or Cantonese Chinese is an advantage.
• With careful attention to detail have the ability to communicate and coordinate and good problem solving.
• Enthusiastic and responsible for good work.
• Able to work in holiday if necessary.
• Immediately available is an advantage.
• More experience can be considered as senior role.
