Senior Social Media Executive
About this position
We’re currently looking for candidates who can contribute and drive our fintech business to grow up in a highly competitive market. As part of the Digital Marketing Team, you will work with many online specialists to find the solution on how to drive better performance (app download, customer retention…).
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement social media strategy across all social media platforms while overseeing a community of influencers to increase brand awareness, push trends and increase usage on TrueMoney.
• Manage and monitor all social platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram and engage with fans.
• Content creation (video) for Social media multi-platform (especially : Tiktok) for monthly plan, ideas and execution.
• Work closely with the team to execute day-to-day content schedules for all social media channels and performance trackable.
• Plan and develop Social media strategies, Social media touch-point planning and effectiveness analysis for social media channels.
• Track and analyze all Social media analytics and Influencer projects. Create campaign reports.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Monitor real-time reporting and support online crisis.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external.
• Maintain creative and brand-centric focus on developing relevant, timely content across platforms – including writing, creative ideas, knowledge of industry trends and influencers.
Requirements
• 3-5+ years of experience leading and managing a team, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
• 5+ years of experience building and engaging social audiences on multiple platforms, developing social media strategies and execution plans including testing and KPI development.
• 3+ years of experience as a content creator (especially video production on Tiktok) to building brand and engaging social audiences on multiple platforms.
• 3+ years of experience in Influencer marketing (direct contact or agency management) to building brand and services to engage with social audiences on multiple platforms.
• Experience in strategizing, running, analyzing, and improving social media campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with web analytics platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics).
• Expert knowledge of social publishing, optimization and engagement tools.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
• Good command of written Thai and English.
• Be able to present thoughts, plans and ideas in a clear and succinct manner.
• High confidence to work with management level.
• Willingness to collaborate.
