The Senior Business Development Executive (Small Business Lending) at True Money is responsible for driving business growth through partner management, lead management, sales management, and reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive mutual business growth.
• Regularly evaluate partner performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement and oversee the lead management process to ensure efficient lead tracking and conversion.
• Monitor lead pipelines, assign leads, and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize sales opportunities.
• Analyze lead quality and performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Support the sales team by providing insights, tools, and resources to drive productivity.
• Generate regular reports on partner performance, lead management, and sales results.
• Provide actionable insights to senior management for decision-making and strategy adjustments.
• Use data to identify trends, forecast sales performance, and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct analysis of portfolio in terms of acquisition and portfolio performance to identify program with increased revenue potential and limited loss.
• Work closely with Risk management and Agile development team to create business opportunity and deliver new financial scheme to the market.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Admin, Finance, Economic or related field.
• Experience in FMCG, Lending Product from Banking or supply chain management is advantage.
• Good team player with a decent attitude toward hard working.
• Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
• Computer literacy in MS Office; Excel, Power Point, Word.
