About this position
The IT Service/Infrastructure Governance will ensure the appropriate and robust governance policies, processes and controls are developed, kept up to date and adhered to. Alignment between countries’s strategies, regulations and standards through strong collaboration with the Service Support, Technology and Business teams.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain IT service/infrastructure management policies, procedures, and standards based on best practices.
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of IT service/Infrastructure management processes.
• Ensure seamless integration of IT processes across various IT functions and departments.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement initiatives to enhance IT service/infrastructure management efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct regular reviews of IT service/infrastructure management processes and implement best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in IT service/infrastructure management and incorporate relevant innovations.
• Ensure IT service/infrastructure management processes comply with industry regulations and internal governance standards.
• Monitor and audit IT processes to ensure adherence to governance frameworks and best practices.
• Provide regular reports on IT service/infrastructure management performance and recommend improvements.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of IT service management processes.
• Prepare and present regular reports on process performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
• Use data-driven insights to drive decision-making for process enhancements.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• ITIL certification (v3 or v4) is preferred.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in IT service management or IT infrastructure management, with a focus on process enablement and optimization.
• Possesses strong interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to be able to work cross-functionally.
• Experience in process improvement and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks and best practices, IT audit background is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High level of proficiency in English and Thai (listening, reading, writing, speaking)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive changes to improve productivity and efficiency with a "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
