About this position

Join our dynamic team as a Rail Systems Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in engineering projects within the rail sector. You will coordinate with external parties, manage the production of key engineering deliverables, and support business development efforts while interfacing with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with external parties to produce high-quality engineering deliverables.
• Manage the production of drawings, plans, reports, and other project documentation.
• Assist in business development and sales activities to drive project success.
• Interface with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication during project delivery.
• Provide guidance and training to junior staff and oversee the quality of their work.

Requirements

• A relevant degree in Engineering and 6-10 years of experience in Rail Systems projects.
• Proficiency in Systems Engineering, including requirements management and system development.
• Domain expertise in signalling and control, traction/power, communications, or rolling stock.
• Strong engineering skills and the ability to develop successful client relationships.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills to manage projects under pressure.
