Territory Sales Manager, Thailand
About this position
Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional clinical support, technical knowledge, and patient centric behavior leading to higher levels of customer engagement
• Maintain ongoing knowledge of hospital systems and work with distributors to ensure timely product listing and presence
• Achieve revenue goals
• Deliver customer training
• Comply with mandatory training and attend training programs as required, to maintain and develop the knowledge required to fulfill the role effectively
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop activities to achieve sales targets and to allow the business to gain market share and differentiate Artivion from its competitors
• Maintain and develop relationships with KOLs and decision makers and engage them through workshops, seminars, conferences (among other activities) to differentiate the Artivion brand and our products
• Plan and execute in-territory Marketing activities and in-services, adapting activities consistently & virtually as needed during no-travel periods
• Develop in-depth understanding of the needs and objectives of customers on all levels, both clinical and economic stakeholders in order to develop tailored solutions which maximize market gain potential
• Maintain knowledge of competitor’s products, activities and strategies in territory
• Provide competitive intelligence and counter-action strategies on a regular basis
Requirements
• Early to mid-career professional with at least 5 years of experience in the Healthcare industry demonstrating strong ambition to grow the business and develop in a fast-paced environment. Cardiac Surgery product sales experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline OR applicable/equivalent combination of work experience and education required. Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Pharmaceutical or Life Science related field preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile organization and is motivated by a high-growth and high-performing environment
• Demonstrates a solutions-focused approach with high capability to solve problems and present solutions
• Has the capacity to gain in-depth product and procedural knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with all hospital stakeholders
• Must be self-disciplined, organized and be able to take ownership and responsibility for business objectives
• Willingness to learn extensively and constantly develop clinical skills and acumen
• Ability to work flexibly (e.g. irregular hours whenever necessary) to meet emergency patient needs and demonstrate creative acumen in ensuring that the right inventory is available for successful outcomes in the procedure
