Tenant Service
About this position
The Tenant Service position involves overseeing the store opening process, managing on-site issues, and ensuring smooth operations in compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities
• Open shop/Complete to handover with smooth and done
• Implement and monitor co-locator store opening process within timeline
• Coordinate and follow up each activity step to deliver smooth store opening and align with Shell compliance i.e. store design, water, electricity, and septic utilities, site readiness scope and HSSE training
• Implement space / box handover to client
• Operation meeting before store opening
• Clear marketing communication installation between Shell guideline, TM, Alliance, client, and station
• Make appointment for handover and Operation meeting activity (client, TM, retailer)
• Coordinate any change scopes and timeline with all related stakeholders
2. After store opening
• Handling on-site issues & complaints
• Coordinate and clear issue with retailers, clients, Shell
• Coordinate / follow up related support teams (e.g. engineer, co-locator project manager) to identify problem and route causes with requesting supports from relate functions e.g. engineers, key accounts, TMs, clients, sites
• Engage the solving problem method to related stakeholders to align understanding in the same page e.g. TM, retailers, Alliance team, Engineer, Clients, etc.
• Marketing communication installation
3. Return physical space and box
• Check and clear pending utilities and common fee payment with MEA, MWA, and station (Pending with Shell will be under key accounts)
• Check and clear physical store / box / space before returning to Shell
• Confirm completed returning condition and date to key account team
4. Other
• Prepare documents related to work activities e.g. handover, operation meeting, complain and returning space/box
• Prepare co-locator store opening presentation
• Prepare Tenant Service tracker / report in weekly and monthly basis
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Retail business (multi-tasking).
• Experience in tenant service, tenant coordinator or operations will be an advantage.
• Excellent in time management, organizational, and monitoring.
• Good communication and able to coordinate well with multiple parties.
• Strong in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint. (Master data, Tracking)
• Personal car and driving license are required.
• Ability to travel on upcountry. (Visit, Handover, Operation)
