Tenant Acquisition Executive / Area Sales Executive
About this position
Responsibilities
• Identify suspects and prospects in different technique e.g. field visit, market visit, competitor visit, leaflet, stay-in locations, to collect potential lead in local business.
• Study market price and market / competitor intelligence to support work process, criteria, and compliance.
• Approach and have preliminary discussion to understand / get requirement from the potential partners.
• Match partners/tenants with Shell stations by considering various site profiles, customer targets and customer missions.
• Bring potential tenant to site visit before and after close deal.
• Evaluate GO/NO GO potential partners / tenants.
• Convince potential tenant to willingness to negotiate as well as Negotiate price and condition to maximum Shell income and benefit.
• Identify client VS Shell physical scope of work.
• Close deal and prepare MOU.
• Review complete contract, documents, and follow up client to sign.
• Follow up CG payment.
• Prepare business proposal for approval.
• Manage E2E co-locator opening process to deliver target.
• Coordinate with related stakeholders to get the need information to support the success of work.
• Manage overdue payment to not over CG.
• Representative Shell way of working, HSSE, compliance.
• Prepare performance tracking – weekly.
• Prepare JMP – weekly.
• Others – any assigned work.
Requirements
• Background on Sales is required (Field base account manager).
• Able to travel and most of time with based on upcountry.
• Business acumen, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Deliver by individual work on field.
• Personal car and driving license are required.
