Responsibilities
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various roles.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and refine candidate profiles.
• Manage and maintain the data accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluate and improve recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
• Other related tasks and assignments.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years experience in Recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to various tasks, schedules, and work environments.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
