Artelia (Thailand) Company Limited hereby associate themselves and participate in a joint venture to deliver the Service for Project in Thailand, develop similar service in Thailand and other clients in oil and gas and other sectors.

About this position

The Quality Assurance Manager at ARTELIA ENGINEERING (THAILAND) CO., LTD. is responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes, supporting ISO certification, and providing training to staff.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of ISO certification.
• Provide training to staffs about quality system.
• Localize ARTELIA QA SMART processes.
• Maintain the project quality system and processes.
• Enhance the ISO auditing process at operational levels.
• Propose yearly QA strategy and lead implementation.
• Develop methods and processes (if needed).
• Track follow-up activities and maintain databases.
• Perform internal audits and follow-up finding actions close-out.
• Review all regulatory and oversight audits conducted by external parties and assure that all deficiencies and/or recommendations are addressed and implement.
• Others related task.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or any related field.
• At least 5-8 years' work experience in Quality Assurance Management.
• Fluent in English.
• Having auditing, leadership, interpersonal and communication, and management skills.
• Knowledge in ISO and quality assurance standards.
• Have capability to use 6 Sigma tool is a plus.
