About this position
Responsibilities
• Directing the team throughout the project to achieve predetermined objectives and satisfaction of time, cost, and quality
• Coordination and control of planning, design, estimating, contracting, and construction
• Development of effective communications and mechanisms for resolving conflicts among the various participants
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
• Manage the construction schedule in an effective and efficient manner
• Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as specifications
• Managing and monitoring the construction documents, ensure the documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
• Day-to-day management of the site
• Review the project daily to ensure that the work is being done as it should be
• Overseeing quality control
• Preparing construction reports
• Reviews site safety plan and job safety analysis following safety objectives, carry safety inspections during construction.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or higher
• 5-10 years' experience in Project Management
• Understand the design and construction process
• Excellent problem-solving skill
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to review basics of AUTO-CAD program.
