Artelia (Thailand) Company Limited, a joint venture between Artelia, organized and existing under the laws of France, having its registered office in Bangkok under the laws of Thailand. Artelia (Thailand) Company Limited hereby associate themselves and participate in a joint venture to deliver the Service for Project in Thailand, develop similar service in Thailand and other clients in oil and gas and other sectors.

About this position

The Project Director oversees all aspects of the project, ensuring implementation aligns with ARTELIA’s services, client expectations, and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• The Project Director oversees all aspects of the project and ensures the project implementation and project approach according to ARTELIA’s expected services, Client’s expectations, project understanding and contractual obligations.
• Ensures the project implementation with team leader in accordance to ARTELA’s procedures and methods (QAP)
• Ensure and control ARTELIA’s services as per service agreement are implemented by the project Manager and his team.
• Oversees the project delivery in accordance to ARTELIA’s Management System
• Oversees the project’s strategy and methodology for the completion of the project.
• Works closely with the Project Manager or Team Leader in the risk analysis by defining preventive and proactive solutions to meet Client’s expectations and project’s requirements.
• Manage the communication in board steering meetings as representative of ARTELIA for the project. Take and make decision for Operation’s team implementation with the assigned Team Leaders.
• Manages the Human Resources for the project.
• Project Director is in copy of all official communications on the project.
• Lead and participate in business development activities specific to engineering projects, including identifying leads, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts, to drive business growth and establish long-term client partnerships in the engineering sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring engineering projects are executed according to technical specifications and client expectations. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing technical insights and consulting as needed.
• Oversee contract compliance and manage any necessary modifications throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to engineering standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.
• Conduct regular financial reviews, including budget tracking, invoicing, and profit & loss (P&L) analysis, to ensure engineering projects are delivered within budget, on time, and meet profitability targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Engineering Degree is a must.
• Foreigner with experience in Management.
• Minimum 7 years experience in Building or Industrial Project Management
• Strong project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Experience managing project teams and working with stakeholders
• Excellent communication, change management skills, negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Good command in MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to review documents, datasheet, and drawing
• Ability to travel as required.
