Artelia (Thailand) Company Limited, a joint venture between Artelia, organized and existing under the laws of France, having its registered office in Bangkok under the laws of Thailand. Artelia (Thailand) Company Limited hereby associate themselves and participate in a joint venture to deliver the Service for Project in Thailand, develop similar service in Thailand and other clients in oil and gas and other sectors.

About this position

You will join a team of 6 engineers/technicians, within the IT Asia Pacific BU of ARTELIA. By reporting to the IT manager of this BU, you will contribute, through your missions and in perfect coordination with the application roadmap and with the Global IT teams, to the improvement and maintenance in operational condition of the Finance IS and the HR IS.

Responsibilities

Your main activity will consist of carrying out IT project management. You will also have as a secondary activity the realization of tasks related to applications's MCO: Technical and functional support of the applications of the Finance IS and the HR IS, developments/adaptations, etc.
• Project framing
• The objectives to be achieved
• The approach and feasibility of the project
• The project governance to be set up (Committee, RACI)
• The internal and external resources to be mobilized (Committee, RACI)
• The budget (BCase: Expected costs and gains) and the forecast schedule
• The deliverables to be produced
• The key indicators for measuring the performance of project progress (KPI)
• The potential risks during the project and the means to manage them
• The adhesions with other projects
• Project management, throughout the cycle:
• Initialization, Planning, Execution, Control, Closure
• In coordination with the business project managers and application managers (Finance & HR), prepare and lead the various comitology supports
• Manage human resources (including contractual), software, infrastructure and techniques
• Provide expertise, methodology, and advice for the smooth running of projects
• Monitor expenses, budget and forecast
• Monitor progress and limit project deviations, from the Cost/Quality/Deadline angles
• Ultimately monitor the achievement of the targeted objectives and establish feedback from the projects, in a logic of continuous improvement
• Prepare the transition to the teams in charge of the application RUN and functional and technical support (Internal, external)

Secondary activity:
• Monitoring, recording and processing of user requests and incidents, through our ITSM application
• Application change management (Evolution/bugs/Adaptation)
• Contribution to improving the technical and functional knowledge base of our Finance & HR applications
• User assistance, on applications in the Finance & HR IS scope
• Monitoring and alerting of applications and flows/interfaces. Diagnosis and relaunch of processing/flows/interfaces, when necessary
• Contribution to improving support, in terms of processes/organization/tools
• Contribution to keeping the application/business map up to date (Urbanization)
• Contribution to compliance with regulatory constraints (e.g. GDPR) and the security of the company's IS

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years plus of experience in the IT field, including experience in team management
• Methodology: Know how to manage projects (100k$ to 500k$) in agile mode or in a V-cycle, with a cost/quality/deadline approach
• Databases: having the mastery of SQL Server is required
