National Sales Manager

The National Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, leading a high-performing sales team, managing client relationships, overseeing sales operations, and collaborating with the marketing team to achieve company goals.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals.
• Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Develop an operating budget for the sales division that meets business goals.
• Develop, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Set clear objectives and KPIs for the team and monitor progress.
• Provide coaching and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
• Address client needs and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily sales operations and ensure efficient processes.
• Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and performance metrics.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
• Contribute to the development of promotional materials and campaigns.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the retail beauty industry for minimum 2 years.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and digital sales channels.
