The E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies to enhance online sales and customer experience, while also leading digital marketing campaigns and ensuring customer retention.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, manage, and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to grow online sales and enhance customer experience.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless functionality, product updates, and high performance.
• Optimize product listings, categorization, search functionality, and merchandising strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales.
• Analyze e-commerce performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, AOV, traffic, bounce rates) and implement strategies for improvement.
• Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, influencer partnerships, and paid advertising.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase online traffic, improve brand visibility, and enhance customer engagement.
• Manage digital ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive traffic and sales, ensuring ROI optimization.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with brand aesthetics.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, especially within the beauty industry.
• Ensure a seamless, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing online shopping experience that reflects the brand’s identity.
• Implement personalization strategies such as targeted email campaigns, loyalty programs, and personalized product recommendations.
• Manage CRM systems to track customer behavior, engagement, and loyalty, using insights to improve customer retention.
• Respond to customer feedback and adjust strategies to enhance overall satisfaction and shopping experience.
• Analyze e-commerce and digital marketing performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
• Generate regular reports on key metrics (e.g., sales, traffic, engagement, conversions), providing actionable insights for optimization.
• Utilize A/B testing and other data-driven methods to improve digital marketing effectiveness and e-commerce performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, IT, logistics, and customer service) to ensure e-commerce and marketing objectives align with the brand’s overall business goals.
• Manage relationships with external partners, such as digital agencies, influencers, and third-party vendors.
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing and e-commerce specialists, providing guidance and development opportunities.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, preferably within the beauty or retail industry.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving digital marketing ROI.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and digital marketing.
