Brand Manager
About this position
The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing brand performance, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive brand success.
Responsibilities
Brand Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape.
• Define brand positioning, value propositions, and key messages.
Brand Management:
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
• Oversee the development and execution of advertising, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Manage brand budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Sales and Marketing Collaboration:
• Work with sales teams to develop sales tools, presentations, and training materials.
• Support the creation of retail programs and promotions to drive sales in distribution channels.
Performance Analysis:
• Track and analyze brand performance metrics, including market share, sales growth, and customer feedback.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on brand performance and strategic recommendations.
Stakeholder Management:
• Liaise with external partners, such as advertising agencies, PR firms, and influencers, to execute brand campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the company and industry.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within the retail or consumer goods beauty industry.
Skills:
• Strong understanding of brand management principles and marketing strategies.
