Sr. QA Engineer (Chachoengsao Plant)
About this position
Responsibilities
• To establish inspection criteria and set quality standards for both raw material and finished goods.
• To initiate and follow-up corrective action requests for Customer return/complaints and Verification
• To verify customer return scraps.
• To work closely with Production and other supporting departments (Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Materials, Purchasing, etc.) for the smooth running of high-quality products.
• To be leader (center) of corrective action issue between internal and customer (follow up the action also.)
• To support supervisor and QA leader for internal quality improvement.
• To investigate, summarize and analysis NG from production line with team.
• To support APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC to customer and team.
• Any other assignments as directed by the Asst. Manager, QA, Manager, QA
• Customer Interface (Requirements, Complaints, etc.)
• New project launch and Builds the project team, organizing and leading the project meetings including master schedule, budget, quality and technical / engineering Support marketing and sales
• Visit customers to get the requirement
• Responsible for the development of design concept
• Defines and sets the priorities, in agreement with the Managers for sales / purchasing / material planning / warehouse / quality assurance / engineering / production & process / maintenance / quality system and safety
• Control project for meet target and development.
• Tracking project timeline and take lead to monitor project result each even and make official report that included implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Ensure customer communication externally and internally with respect to the constant Innovation
• Recommend corrective action when a project plan does not meet objectives.
• To corporate and support any international standardization such as ISO
• To manage and control staff under responsibility to work smoothly.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineer or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Quality Assurance management level
• Good communication skill with customer and team.
• A strong leadership and management skill
• Knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO13485
• Understand on Ford requirement knowledge will be advantaged
• Good command of English.
