Sales Executive (Chachoengsao Plant)

Responsibilities
• Understands and develops the Thailand market with Armstrong suite of services in Thailand and our sites across Asia.
• Develop plans to penetrate accounts from target market segments within Thailand – Automotive, Electronics, and medical businesses. Accounts from the target market are primarily global customers with APAC and global footprint.
• Develop and deliver a planned pipeline growth within the assigned territory and market segments.
• Establish and meet set KPI based on company’s overall objectives and financial targets.
• Develop new business based on market opportunity and prioritization; execute sales strategy; act as the primary company go-to person in the territory.
• Works closely with Operations and Engineering to identify capabilities and competencies to be successful in the market. Manages quote activity and coordination of company’s approach to capture new business.
• Increase Armstrong's wallet share with key customers by identifying the right product mix for sustainable business growth. New Customers in existing applications or existing customers in new applications.
• Monitoring existing customers and managing business within the company's structured sales process, and utilizing sales tools such as SL-10, the Customer Relationship Management tool.
• Maintains strong relationships with strategic accounts and works to establish new customer relationships.
• Monitor for customer, market, and competitor to adjust pricing and sales promotion to ensure company competitiveness & achieve the target.
Requirements
• Degree or master’s degree in science or engineering or related fields.
• At least 3 years’ experience in sales in manufacturing.
• Understands and has experience with Automotive, Medical, electronic, and Technology manufacturing Eco-system. Knowledge of closely related product applications is preferred.
• Understand in precision manufacturing space within rubber, foam, die casting. In depth knowledge of the relevant market as a supplier of precision foam, Film & Elastomer, medical parts, automotive and electronic sub-assemblies.
• Self-starter, highly motivated, individual contributor with successful track records, with new wins attributed to his/her own effort.
• Excellence communication, influencing, listening and facilitating skills. Able to articulate complex concept/subject/system in a simplified language manner.
• Able to travel within and outside Thailand, at least 30% travel is required.
• Demonstrates understanding of individual product value propositions.
