About this position

The QA Engineer position at the Prachinburi Plant involves establishing quality standards, initiating corrective actions, and ensuring smooth collaboration with various departments to maintain high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• To establish inspection criteria and set quality standards for both raw material and finished goods.
• To initiate and follow-up corrective action requests for, - Customer return/complaints - Verification
• To verify customer return scraps.
• To work closely with Production and other supporting departments (Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Materials, Purchasing, etc.) for the smooth running of high-quality products.
• To be leader (center) of corrective action issue between internal and customer (follow up the action also.)
• To support supervisor and QA leader for internal quality improvement.
• Any other assignments as directed by the Asst. Manager, QA, Manager, QA
• Customer Interface (Requirements, Complaints, etc.)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related fields.
• Education Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering / Polymer Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of QA experience in Rubber molding / Die cut / Hard disk drive industry.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Knowledge in SPC and QA Tool, Six Sigma preferred, ISO procedure.
• Communication skills and Customer Negotiation skills.
