About this position

The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for developing and maintaining quality systems within the facility, ensuring compliance with various quality standards, and providing effective training to team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain facility quality systems
• Maintain systems for checking and verifying process compliance to SPC, IATF 16949, ISO 9001 & K3, Quality Plan
• Ensure effective training in IATF 16949 and quality control training for plant team members
• Report findings of quality control audit to the Head Division
• Troubleshoot and quality issues as they arise

Requirements

• Fluent in English is a must
• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree from reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an Foundry company.
• Mastery and understanding of Quality Control and systems and procedures
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Knowledge, SOP, QCPC, Kaizen, Reporting system.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system and IATF 06949
• Knowledge Lean Six Sigma
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Proven leadership ability
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make decisions in a timely manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
