About this position

The General Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, managing accounting processes, and ensuring compliance with regulations while providing insights to shareholders.

Responsibilities

• Making monthly, quarterly and annual closing statement
• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to shareholders while recommending further course action
• Obtain and Maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure
• Plan and coordinate development of system and procedure of finance and accounting, and controlling the implementation to ascertain all process and financial transaction runs well and reduce financial risk
• Supporting budget and financial projection, financial statement, taxation issue, etc

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 5 years experience in related field and the managerial position in Holding Company consist of several company or subsidiaries
• Specializing in accounting & tax Indonesia regulation
• Knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
• Good Knowledge on the latest ETAP and PSAK regulation
• Good presentation, reporting and communication
• Strong leadership skill
