About this position

The Talent Strategist at Arise will be responsible for crafting a comprehensive talent strategy to ensure a resilient and future-adaptive workforce, driving pivotal initiatives, and overseeing performance management.

Responsibilities

• Craft Arise's comprehensive talent strategy, ensuring a resilient, future-adaptive workforce.
• Drive pivotal initiatives such as talent reviews, succession strategy, and competency blueprints, harmonizing them with organizational imperatives.
• Oversee a rigorous Performance Management cycle, elevating objective-setting and enhancing performance metrics analysis.
• Refine and operationalize performance evaluations, anchoring them to tangible business outcomes.
• Lead the identification, cultivation, and elevation of high-potential talents, fortifying a sustained leadership reservoir.
• Design elite leadership programs that mold and propel Arise's future leadership cadre.
• Strategically curate talent mobility initiatives, amplifying employee career trajectories.
• Forge a definitive competency and talent assessment framework, zeroing in on Arise's mission-critical roles.
• Build and nurture strategic alliances with both KTB Shared Services and external vendors, ensuring a harmonized and efficient talent management ecosystem.

Requirements

• 3 year-experiences and above working in talent development in Tech Companies or Tech Industries with a preference for candidates with a bachelors’ degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources.
• Demonstrates the ability to define and execute talent strategy and workforce development agenda.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of competency development and framework.
• Demonstrated experience in the design and execution of Talent Management initiatives/actions based on analysis Ability to confidently facilitate conversations with a range of stakeholders.
