Product Manager
About this position
The Product Manager will be responsible for defining product vision and strategy, overseeing product delivery, managing product operations, and monitoring product performance while coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
• Define the product vision and strategy based on market research, customer feedback
• Develop product roadmaps using data-driven insight which align with business objectives and stakeholders
• Assess financial forecasts, cost analysis and feasibility assessment to determine whether the product can be developed within time and budget constraints
• Work with the finance team to build revenue projections, P&L statements, and financial KPIs to measure monetization success
• Plan Go-to-market strategy of product including marketing and communication
• Prioritize product backlogs and participate in Agile, Scrum or Waterfall processes
• Lead and synergize end-to-end journeys with cross-functional development team from scratch to product launch successfully (REQ & UXUI, SIT, UAT, PVT, PROD)
• Review customer journey with legal & compliance to ensure align with regulations
• Prepare operation process, training program, demo: FAQ, User Manual
• Resolve incidents and provide ongoing support post-launch with call center, site reliability engineer, service desk and others
• Monitor product performance growth through KPIs: Revenue, Customer Acquisition, Market penetration and awareness
• Gather customer feedback to make continuous improvements
• Act as the focal point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across team
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, information technology, computer science or a related field (an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred)
• 2-10 years’ experience as a product manager, product owner or business analyst with a track record of managing all stages of a product’s lifecycle
• Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Banking or Consulting background is a plus
• Certified product management: CSPO, PSPO or project management: CAPM, PMP, CSM is a plus
