About this position

The Process Improvement Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing operational strategies to enhance IT service delivery, analyzing processes for efficiency improvements, and managing projects to drive business operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement operational strategies, initiatives, plans and processes to support the successful delivery of IT services
• Analyze internal operational process and identify key areas for improvement to drive operational efficiency and cost reduction
• Leading End to End Project Management and drive the Business Operation Improvement
• Conduct Research for Bringing new Technology tools to drive Business Improvement
• Liaise with Related Stakeholder for Project Control
• Perform additional relevant responsibilities as delegated by the line manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, computer engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in process improvement or project deliveries as a business analyst, project manager role
• Handle project management about Business Process improvement, IT Implementation and user, vendors, IT support.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to understand complex business and systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
