About this position
Senior UX/UI Designer position requiring fluency in English and on-site work with a salary of 100K.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional product or project teams to craft user experiences that drive measurable business outcomes, such as enhanced customer satisfaction, loyalty, and self-service capabilities.
• Act as a design intermediary for product or project teams, focusing on analyzing and addressing user challenges and needs.
• Engage in understanding, studying, and analyzing user needs to create journey maps, user flows, and storyboards, defining aspirational customer and user experiences while incorporating best practices and UX principles.
• Design and deliver visually cohesive, accessible, and high-quality experiences that align with brand guidelines, ensuring that design direction and artifacts are validated by design leads or creative directors.
• Assist digital product owners or project leaders in defining both long-term and short-term visions and roadmaps for digital products, applications, or solutions.
• Develop wireframes based on customer requirements, produce prototypes, and test/validate the user experience.
• Maintain an engineer-focused mindset in the creation of wireframes, with a strong emphasis on responsive design and robust design solutions.
• Review and validate front-end implementations, preparing developer-friendly UI handoff artifacts and technical annotations.
• Collaborate with other designers across teams to address design challenges and maintain design consistency and coherence across teams, domains, and products.
Requirements
• A degree in a design-related field (such as graphic design, communication, media, industrial design), computer science, HCI, psychology, marketing, or a related discipline; or a certification in UX/UI design.
• A strong, well-rounded portfolio showcasing user experience design work, including discovery, ideation, concept development, low/high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and validation.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated but also a team player with a professional demeanor.
• Previous experience as a product designer or UX/UI designer, with graphic and visual design skills.
• Proficiency in a diverse set of design software tools, such as Figma, Adobe Suite, OmniGraffle, Balsamiq, Axure, or similar.
• Experience in designing high-quality consumer products that keep pace with design trends.
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and rapid prototyping.
• High proficiency in using design tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, and Sketch.
• Experience working in an Agile environment or a willingness to learn Agile methodologies.
