About this position

The Frontend Team Lead position requires a Thai candidate and involves developing software solutions, leading a team of engineers, managing projects, promoting technical excellence, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design software solutions, applications, and features, emphasizing micro front-end architecture to create scalable and robust applications.
• Lead and guide a team of front-end engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Direct complex implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and meet technical requirements.
• Drive technical excellence by promoting best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, while continuously exploring new technologies and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that front-end development aligns with business goals and delivers outstanding user experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• At least 10 years of proven work experience in frontend software development
• More than 3-5 years of proven experience in leading/managing a technical team
• Strong background in using ReactJS, Angular, and/or VueJS
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Have experience with CI/CD and Unit Testing
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Familiar with Agile methodology
