About this position

Senior Manager, Commercial Sales will spearhead the sales initiatives at the Bali office, with a specific focus on the overseas leisure market. The role requires strategic planning, building relationships with international travel agents, and ensuring high occupancy and revenue growth from international clients.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase rooms and events productivity of CMA, and overseas travel agents, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
• Strategic planning.
• Building relationships with international travel agents.
• Ensuring high occupancy and revenue growth from international clients.

Requirements

• Experienced working in the same field (hotel industry) for min. 2 years.
• Strong in the Overseas leisure market.
• Min. Bachelor Degree.
• Good attitude, highly committed, and able to work in a team.
• Creative, innovative, and pleasant personality.
• Good communication skills.
