About this position

The Corporate Assistant Food and Beverage Manager supports the strategic leadership and operational oversight of Archipelago International’s food and beverage (F&B) departments across all hotel units. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing service quality and operational standards, driving learning and development initiatives, and optimizing business opportunities.

Responsibilities

The individual works collaboratively with F&B leaders across properties to ensure compliance with established standards, maximize guest satisfaction, and contribute to overall business growth while conducting the following scope of work:
• Training and Development
• Audit and Compliance
• Standards Assurance
• Learning and Talent Development
• Business Optimization and Product Development
• Leadership Guidance and Counseling

Requirements

• Proven experience in food and beverage management, ideally in a corporate or multi-property setting or 4-5 star international hotel chain with a minimum of 2 years employment with a similar position.
• Strong expertise in training and development, operational audits, and adherence to excellent service standards.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to engage and inspire hotel unit leaders and staff.
• Business acumen with the ability to identify and drive new business opportunities.
• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple projects and properties effectively.
• Strong operational background in restaurant, bar, and banquet, with exceptional knowledge in food and beverage.
• Excellent proficiency in speaking, listening, and writing in business or formal English, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and produce high-quality reports and presentations.
