About this position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in managing all aspects of food and beverage operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all food and beverage operations to ensure high standards of quality and service.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Oversee the planning and execution of food and beverage events.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train, mentor, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage purchasing to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or diploma from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on exceeding guest expectations.
• Strong leadership skills for Managerial level.
• Revenue oriented.
