Sales Executive - Modern Trade
About this position
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
• Manage assigned modern trade customers actively contributing to the development of core business strategies which drive sustainable sales and profitable growth
• Set sales targets, monitor progress, and take necessary actions to ensure targets are achieved
• Generate regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights into management for decision-making
• Identify and capitalize on potential growth opportunities within the modern trade sector, such as new product launches or market expansion
• Implement sales statistics, promotion and trade performance to efficiently control trade promotion budget
• Prepare quarterly business review with key account. Conduct marketing campaign evaluation, review business plan, year-to-date sales and business problems with key customers
• Analyze market information and competitive activities. Identify new business opportunities and make recommendations to gain new business
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing or related field
• 2-year experience of Key Account in home appliance is a plus
• Negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Strong leadership to manage a team
• Good strategic thinking, well-planned executions, and analytical skills
• Proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Have an own car with the valid driver license
