Senior Lead -Logistics
About this position
Responsibilities
• Maintain the inventory accuracy through regular physical inventory audits and annual stock taking
• Oversee inventory management systems and processes to ensure data integrity
• Monitor inventory levels and turnover rates to minimize aging and stock days
• Maintain inventory management policies and standard operation procedures
• Close monthly inventory, generate and analyze inventory reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure optimal inventory levels and flow
• Monitor and be responsible for improving the effectiveness of transportation and warehouse management
• Manage 3PL’s service quality with cost saving and hands on contract agreement.
• Manage 3PL budgeting and always challenge.
• Support HQ monthly reports.
• Lead all relevant supply chain and logistics meeting
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration or above
• Minimum 5 years in logistics, transportation, freight forwarder, supply chain or related fields
• Excellent leadership skills, strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Good interpersonal and communication skill both Thai and English.
• Hands on experience with supply chain management software SAP is MUST.
• Proficiency in computer skills, especially MS Excel, would be an advantage
• Well organized and strong in working under pressure
• Good attitudes and patience for clients and suppliers
